How to get rid of dry skin?

As winter approaches, achieving healthy skin becomes a universal desire, while dry skin tends to be a common issue. Dry skin can cause discomfort, itching, and roughness. Here are some methods to alleviate dry skin:
1.    Maintain proper hydration: Adequate water intake is essential for skin health. Make sure to drink enough water daily to maintain proper hydration. Additionally, include water-rich fruits and vegetables in your diet, such as watermelons, cucumbers, and oranges.
2.    Use gentle facial cleansers and shower gels: Opt for mild and non-irritating facial cleansers and shower gels. Avoid products containing harsh chemicals. Choose products that incorporate moisturizing ingredients to help retain skin moisture.
3.    Avoid hot water and prolonged soaking: Extended exposure to hot water can strip the skin of moisture and worsen dryness. When showering, use warm water and limit soaking time to preserve the skin's natural moisture.
4.    Apply moisturizing cream or lotion: After washing your face or bathing, immediately apply moisturizing cream or lotion to seal in moisture. Look for products containing moisturizing ingredients like hyaluronic acid, glycerol, and natural oils to effectively hydrate the skin.
5.    Limit excessive hand washing: Frequent handwashing with soap can strip away the skin's natural oils, leading to dryness. After washing your hands, use a gentle soap and promptly apply moisturizing hand cream.
6.    Use a humidifier: Employ a humidifier during dry seasons or in dry environments to increase air humidity and help maintain skin moisture.
7.    Avoid excessive rubbing of the skin: Vigorous rubbing can irritate and damage the skin's barrier, exacerbating dryness. Instead, gently massage the skin using soft techniques to improve blood circulation and moisturization.
8.    Shield against extreme weather conditions: During severe cold winters or hot and dry summers, minimize skin exposure and employ sunscreen or protective clothing to safeguard the skin.
In conclusion, combating dry skin necessitates a holistic approach. Maintaining proper hydration, gentle cleansing, adequate moisturization, and suitable environmental protection are key. If dryness persists or becomes severe, it is advisable to consult a dermatologist for personalized advice and treatment plans.

Hemolock Healing Ointment effectively promotes the growing of new cells, continuously supplies nutrients, and significantly shortens the healing cycle. Indicated for general skin wounds (abrasions, cuts, bumps, superficial burns, etc.), surgical wounds, stretch marks, and acne marks.

Made from Carboxymethyl Chitosan which promotes the growth of normal fibroblasts and epithelial cells to accelerate wound healing, the ointment regulates the secretion of cytokines and inhibits the excessive secretion of collagen to suppress scar hyperplasia.
